Mission
With Yally we put the Flemish & Belgian renovation revolution in progress. We buy existing homes in and around the central cities in Belgium, make them more energy efficient and put them up for rent.  As the landlord of the future, Yally is committed to contemporary comfort and the reduction of the total cost of living for the tenant. We do this by integrating smart techniques, printing energy bills and an all-in service via the online portal Mijn.Yally.be (www.yally.be). 
From Yally, we therefore want theé being a sustainable landlord. Along the way, we are turning obsolete sector structures upside down and we are committed to extensive automation of all operational activities. Do you want to (re)build all of this? Your role in a nutshell:
As a marketing and ESG manager, you closely follow us and our activities. You want nothing more than to make the Yally brand known everywhere. You match our ambitions – a comfortable living environment – authentically with the wishes and dreams of our various target groups. You feel at home in real estate and speak the language of owners-sellers, architects, suppliers in the renovation market, tenants, .... . You play with substantive and visually strong messages and you know the socials like no other to put Yally on the (digital) map. You are responsible for the ESG communication of our portfolio and help develop the sustainability strategies. Can't tick off all the checks? Your drive, your positive attitude and eagerness to learn also do a lot. 

As a digital centipede, you continue to build from the foundation

  • You build further on the professionally deployed brand identity and strategic communication in 2022. You have an eye for sustainability and put Yally in a positive light.
  • You ensure the ideal customer journey for our tenants and relations. You expand Yally's network through good PR campaigns and fun events.
  • You create unique content (via images, visuals or videos) about energy improvements, real estate, tenant relations, how to carry out repairs yourself, tips & tricks. You dare to be the public face of Yally yourself.
  • You manage the content of the Yally website, with a view to  maximum reach.
  • You manage Yally's social media accounts and respond professionally and adequately to comments, reviews and customer contacts. 
  • You have the necessary knowledge to set up  marketing campaigns via the various digital ad platforms (Facebook Business, Google Adwords, Google Banners, …), but also through physical contacts and networking.
  • You contribute to the digital progress of Yally.
  • You work within the set budget.

 

Your profile

  • You have a degree in marketing and communication, journalism, interior design or equivalent through experience. You have a strong affinity with sustainability.
  • You are hands-on, creative, have ideas galore and are already eager to put them into practice.
  • You have an eye for strong visual work: you like to make designs and presentations as packaging for  strong messages.
  • You are a digital native of… good with software applications such as Canva and PowerPoint, with photography and/or videography, in short with everything needed to make something beautiful and fun.
  • You are versatile and pragmatic. You can easily familiarize yourself with various subjects.
  • You are communicative and get energy from contacts, both face-2-face, by telephone (because talking works!) and through other channels.
  • You are efficient and structured by nature.
  • A good knowledge of languages (NL/FR/ENG) is a plus.
