Your role in a nutshell:

As a Property Manager you ensure a picobello follow-up of our portfolio. Thanks to your strong communication skills and your proactive approach, you can build a relationship of trust with our tenants and our partner suppliers in no time.  You ensure  that the buildings are in good condition.  Where necessary, you are responsible for following up works and/or technical problems, contacting contractors, etc... Your 
You juggle with figures and perform result-oriented according to the predetermined budgets, forecasts and energy performance.  You also follow the latest trends, you translate novelties into concrete optimizations of the products and services. You actively think about how we can further respond to market needs. 

 

You act as a point of contact for the technical management of Yally's residential real estate portfolio. 
This includes:

  • You are responsible for the maintenance and repair works of the buildings, have them carried out and follow them up.   At regular intervals  you do an inspection visit to the buildings where you put a critical eye first. 
  • You make preliminary studies, plans for the refurbishment of our buildings.
  • You make pre-calculations of the capex and opex investments in our properties. You schedule the works.  Prior to these works, you request various quotes that you compare and analyze. You then assign the works and/or contracts to the right supplier.
  • You follow up claims and then take care of the necessary administrative processing.
  • You advise management on possible improvement work to be carried out in function of optimal management and return on our properties.
  • You take care of your files from A to Z and also ensure correct follow-up and administrative handling of your files in which you are supported by our passionate team.
  • You are fully committed to digitization (software, reporting tools, ordering systems, etc.)
  • You are technically versed and able to work on a project basis while maintaining a helicopter view.

 

Scope

  • Reports to the Project Managers and the Operations Manager

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or energy field, real estate, interior architecture, surveying, legal practice, or similar through experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and flawless problem-solving ability.
  • You know how to set priorities quickly. 
  • Sound ICT (Archicad, Excell, …)  and financial knowledge (including drawing up budgets and performing analyses,…) and contract management are a plus.
  • You have an affinity with developing a network of people who go the extra mile for you.
  • Communicatively strong, both written and oral to negotiate successfully.
  • Passion for innovations in energy and the environment.
