With Yally we put the Flemish & Belgian renovation revolution in progress. We buy existing homes in and around the central cities in Belgium, make them more energy efficient and make them available for rent. - V preparation, compilation and handling of acquisition files, finalizing agreements together with notaries and lawyers.
- Drawing up advertisements for rental and visiting the properties with prospective tenants.
- Drawing up and processing rental agreements and property descriptions.
- Following up on tenants' questions.

- Minimum Bachelor or Master in real estate or legal practice < /span>
- Strong legal skills
- Very in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Open AI, real estate related software, …
- Structured, fast and punctual
