At Yally we are convinced that even the smallest details can have a major impact on the living atmosphere of our tenants. The doorbell, often the first point of contact between a visitor and a home, plays a crucial role in this. A neat, well-functioning doorbell exudes professionalism and care.
That's why we gave the doorbells of our buildings in Antwerp a well-deserved makeover this month. Glue residue, names of previous tenants and dirt have been carefully removed. The doorbells were then cleaned and fitted with a new system: numbering instead of name cards. This way the doorbells are not only clear, but also timeless.
The mailboxes have also been given a major makeover. By following the same numbering as the doorbells, the postman now knows exactly where he should be.
The result? A well-maintained home with well-maintained doorbells and mailboxes creates a positive atmosphere: tenants feel valued and are motivated to take better care of their own living space.
