Planned renovations:
• Insulated facades: The facades undergo a complete transformation, including insulation, which significantly improves the energy efficiency of the building.
• Energy-efficient roof: The studio on the roof is being thoroughly renovated and enlarged. At the same time, a new insulation layer is applied according to the latest standards, which minimizes heat loss. The flat roof on the ground floor and second floor will also be insulated to meet these standards. In addition, good airtightness is ensured, resulting in an energy-efficient roof that benefits the entire building.
• Green roof: the flat roofs of the building are transformed into a green roof. A green roof collects water, provides food for insects and can have a cooling effect in the summer. Moreover, it contributes to a healthy and pleasant living environment.
• High-quality insulating windows: The original windows of the roof unit are replaced by high-quality insulating windows at the same time as the roof renovation. In addition, all windows will be replaced with the same high-quality insulating windows. These new windows will provide improved thermal insulation and reduced heat losses.
• Terrace: All units will have a platform or terrace on the renovated rear facade, where residents can relax and enjoy fresh air after a long working day.
• Renewal of electrical installation: A complete renovation of the electrical installation is carried out and inspected according to current AREI standards.
• Renewed sanitary and heating installation: A better solution for the current sanitary and central heating installations is being considered. This means that residents can enjoy efficient facilities, improving living comfort and increasing energy efficiency.
