Renovations carried out:
• Renewed electrical installation: The electrical installation was renewed and inspected according to the current AREI standards.
• Renovated bathroom and kitchen: Both the bathroom and the kitchen have recently been completely renovated, which has significantly increased the living pleasure.
• Solar panels installed: The roof is equipped with 40 solar panels with a total capacity of 9.6 kWp, which provides a sustainable and energy-efficient source of electricity.
These renovations have not only resulted in lower energy costs and reduced CO2 emissions, but also in increased living comfort for the residents.
