Optimizations already carried out:

Optimizations in progress:

• Energy-efficient roof: The roof is thoroughly renovated to optimize thermal performance. A new insulation layer is applied in accordance with contemporary standards, which minimizes heat loss. In addition, good airtightness is ensured, resulting in an energy-efficient roof that benefits the entire building.

• Insulated facades: The facades will be insulated. These insulation works will contribute to the energy efficiency of the building.

• Renewed sanitary and heating installation: A better solution for the sanitary and central heating installation is being considered. This means that residents can enjoy efficient facilities, improving living comfort and increasing energy efficiency.

• Renewed electrical installation: A complete renewal of the electrical installation is being carried out in the 4 residential units, with each unit being equipped with its own digital electricity meter.
