How do we select our tenants?

To see if a home suits you, we look at a number of things:

  • How long do you want to occupy the property?
  • Does the date of availability of the house coincide with your desired move-in date?
  • Can we make good agreements with you (and with the other residents) about maintenance, for the apartment and for the common parts?
  • What is the ratio between your disposable income and the rent? A good rule of thumb for comfortable renting is that the rent may be about 1/3 of the income .

What periodic maintenance do you provide?

To keep buildings and installations in good condition, we carry out regular maintenance. We call this periodic maintenance.

We usually have the planned maintenance carried out by contractors. This can be small work such as cleaning the gutters, but also large work such as painting all window frames. These major works can sometimes cause some inconvenience, but they benefit the quality of life in your home.

On your tenant portal you can see in the future when we carry out periodic maintenance in your home or building.
