With Yally we put the Flemish & Belgian renovation revolution in progress. At the same time we become dé sustainable landlord. Along the way, we are overhauling outdated sector structures and focusing on extensive automation of all operational activities.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for people with enthusiasm! Above all, you must be driven and fascinated by this challenge and have a positive attitude. Even with limited experience in real estate or construction, you can go far with us. We not only look at your diploma, but especially at your experience, talent and desire. Your role in a nutshell
- You research new working methods and materials in the construction and real estate sector.
- You screen these opportunities on a real estate technical, legal, strategic and financial level.
- You help prepare the renovations and developments.
- You contribute to our digital platform.
Your profile
- You have an economics or construction technical university education. An additional MBA or a master's degree in Real Estate is a plus.
- You already have several years of work experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
- You have strong numerical strengths and good analytical insights.
- You know your way around many unique software applications.
- You are eager to learn, versatile and pragmatic. You can familiarize yourself with different topics without any problems.
- You are naturally efficient and structured.
