Mission
With Yally, we are starting the Flemish & Belgian renovation revolution. We are buying existing homes in and around the city centres in Belgium, making them more energy-efficient and putting them up for rent. As the landlord of the future, Yally is maximising its focus on modern comfort and reducing the total cost of living for the tenant. We are doing this by integrating smart technologies, reducing energy bills and providing an all-in service via the online portal Mijn.Yally.be (www.yally.be).
At Yally, we want to be the sustainable landlord. Along the way, we are turning outdated sector structures upside down and focusing on extensive automation of all operational activities. Would you like to help us (re)build all of this? This is your chance to put us on the (energy) map. As a young start-up, we can use all the brains and expertise, and above all a lot of enthusiasm!
Your role in a nutshell
As a project manager at Yally, you play a crucial role in realizing our exclusive renovation projects, where you bear full responsibility from the preparation phase to the final delivery. You ensure thorough project preparation and draw up a detailed schedule, so that everything runs smoothly and the implementation team knows exactly what is expected of them. Thanks to your meticulous approach, we can successfully start projects and keep a tight rein on progress.
In addition, you are the central pivot in the coordination and follow-up of the work. You monitor the planning, make adjustments where necessary and work closely with our professionals and subcontractors. Analyzing quotes and monitoring the budget are part of your daily responsibilities, where you always seek the balance between quality and cost control.
The ultimate goal is always to complete projects on time and within budget, without compromising on quality. Thanks to your results-oriented & hands-on approach, you always deliver work that meets the high standards of ourselves and our tenants. At Yally we strive for perfection, and as Project Manager you ensure that this standard is achieved every time.
