As a Real Estate Consultant you are indispensable to further expand our network and our range of sustainable homes!
Your job in brief
You prospects and realizes real estate transactions (from purchase, sale to rental) on the existing real estate market. In this way you not only further expand Yally's real estate portfolio, but you also help to accelerate the renovation revolution in Belgium. and Flanders.
Your tasks
- You (pro)actively prospect in the real estate market. You enter into agreements with (new) clients and intermediaries to expand Yally's real estate portfolio and maintain its value. This takes up about 30% of your time.
- You guide the buyers, sellers and tenants in a professional manner throughout the entire sales, purchase or rental process. To do this, you negotiate with all parties and conclude agreements, in accordance with the applicable rules and Yally's deontology. This part of your tasks takes up about 25% of your time.
- You manage and take care of the entire project administration around a file, which means ± 15% of your time commitment.
- Your expertise inspires confidence. That's why about a tenth of your time is spent supporting customers with real estate and construction-related questions and needs.
- You bring ideas and initiate the necessary marketing actions to make Yally and its working method known and visible to potential sellers or tenants. You spend about 10% of the time doing that.
- You report the number of prospects and the number of purchases, sales and appraisals, which counts for 5% of your tasks.
- You spend the remaining 5% on networking and expanding your real estate knowledge.

- You report to the Operations & IT Manager and to the CEO of Yally.
Your experience and education
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a real estate-related direction or a direction that provides access to a BIV internship.
- You feel at home and have experience in a commercial environment.
- With your strong communication skills you know how to convince and you can easily make new contacts.
- You work result-oriented and are driven to achieve objectives.
- Of course you also have a passion for real estate.
- Collaborating with your colleagues is no problem, because you are a real team player.
- In order to perform your daily tasks properly, you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Dropbox and real estate-related software. Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign are also a bonus!
